Bridget Rose-Viehweg, President
Bridget has been a licensed insurance producer since 2003. Viehweg's prior experience with other Brokers and the Individual Market has served as a solid platform for the building and expansion of Benefit Compliance Solutions.
Viehweg is a graduate of Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a graduate of Missouri Baptist University with a Masters in Business Administration. She has also earned the designations of GBDS (Group Beneficiary Disability Specialists), and VBS (Voluntary Benefit Specialist).
She also has the following certifications: SHRM-CP (Society of Human Resource Management-Certified Professional); Patient Protection Affordable Care Act (PPACA); Consumer Directed Healthcare (CDHC); Self-Funding; Long Term Care; Medicare; and the Marketplace.
James Futrell
James graduated in 2006 from Welch College (Nashville, TN) with a business administration degree. Shortly after graduation, he moved back to the St. Louis area to work and to coach soccer and basketball at Roxana JH/HS.
James began his insurance career in April 2021. It was in April 2021 that James left a 15-year career in finance, HR, and IT.
James' experience has shown him the need for all types of insurance and the benefits it provides. He looks forward to working for Benefit Compliance Solutions to help others protect their business, themselves, and their families.
Mark Nelson
Mark graduated from the University of Washington in 1985 with an engineering degree. He started working for Olin Brass that same year, then moved to Granite City Steel in 1990 where he worked until he retired in July 2021.
Mark is excited to start his semi-retirement by helping people with their insurance needs working for Benefit Compliance Solutions.
