Prior to founding Benefit Compliance Solutions, Bridget C. Rose-Viehweg was a licensed producer in the Health Benefits sector for 11 years, with 3 prior years of experience in Individual and Voluntary Benefits.
Viehweg began Benefit Compliance Solutions as the Sole Proprietor of the company and as the only employee. In the first year of business, the company experience average growth with excellent customer retention.
Viehweg is a graduate of Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville with a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration and also a graduate of Missouri Baptist University with a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA). She has also received the designations of GDBS (Group Disability Benefit Specialist) and VBS (Voluntary Benefit Specialist). She is also certified in the Patient Protection Affordable Care Act (PPACA), Consumer Directed Healthcare (CDHC), Self-Funding, Medicare and the Marketplace.
Viehweg holds the role of President of Benefit Compliance Solutions, and has been in this position since September 2013. She has been responsible for all aspects of the business up until December 2016, with the addition of a partner in January 2017.
Viehweg’s prior experience with other Brokers and the Individual market has served as a solid platform for the building and expansion of Benefit Compliance Solutions.
